DESCRIPTION:READY FOR A FUN CHALLENGE?\nA  unique 5K course will ramble th
 rough one of DNRT’s most popular properties. For those looking for a rea
 l challenge\, a 10-mile course is also available. Not a runner? Walkers ar
 e welcome and encouraged to take a hike on our 5K course.\nThe start/finis
 h line will be at the entrance to the red trail and easily visible. Bring 
 along a friend or family member to cheer you on as you run or walk through
  DNRT’s beautiful property. Your registration fee helps support land pre
 servation\, open space\, and DNRT’s 41+ mile trail network\, which remai
 ns open for public access free of charge\, thanks to you!\nNeed another re
 ason to register? Free post-race pizza and beer and licensed physical ther
 apists will be available to provide post-run recovery support\, including 
 movement and injury screening\, assisted stretching\, and soft tissue tech
 niques to help address common aches\, tightness\, and minor musculoskeleta
 l complaints following the trail run.\nPlease note:\nNo dogs or strollers 
 are allowed on the running or walking courses.\n10M will kick off at 10:30
  AM and 5K and walk will launch at 11:00. We ask that ALL participants ar
 rive and check in/pick up bibs by 10:00 am for accurate scoring and to hel
 p us with our parking situation. Those arriving after 10:15 will have to p
 ark on the road\, which is discouraged. \nT-Shirts!\nAll who register be
 fore October 18 will receive a race t-shirt. We hope to have enough shirt
 s for everyone\, but can only guarantee t-shirts for those signed up befor
 e this date.\nOnline registration will close on Thursday\, November 12 at 
 8 PM. On site registration will be available until 10:00 AM.\n\nRegister h
